If you are saying for example:

How many towels are there in the bathroom?

Would you have an el before baño?

?Cuantos toalles estan aqui en el bano?(too lazy to put accent marks)

That looks right to me. Although you wouldn't really need "Aqui" I think...

That looks right to me. Although you wouldn't really need "Aqui" I think...

true, adding aqui is making it say "how many towels are here in this bathroom" instead of "how many towels are in this bathroom"
