Feedback on CSGO Skin

This is a concept version, its going to be called something like FAMAS - Red Panda

Please leave any suggestions or feedback if you feel the need.

A little too early to even give an opinion. 

Just looks... naff? 

What do they know of England, who only England know?

I'm sorry, but you didn't even show the whole thing and from the little part you showed I can barely even tell where on the gun this is. 

 

And to give you my opinion, I don't like it. It just doesn't fit in with the theme of the guns in cs:go.

It's just above the magazine, right where the chin would rest if you were to look down the sights. I feel that is fairly obvious.

If you could fill the whole gun same pattern kinda layout bamboo more pandas?

Nvidia is to Dr Dre Beets as AMD is to KFC.

One makes you broke, the other you can get more of and have a midnight snack from the fridge when hungry again. Once you go Nvidia, you go broked, turn into an Elitist, or get the incorrect amount of VRAM.

 I was only 9 years old. I loved Fifflaren so much, I had all the NiP merchandise and matches pirated. I prayed to Fifflaren every night before bed. Thanking him for the life I have been given. Fifflaren is love I say. Fifflaren is life. My dad hears and calls me a fuckhead. I knew he was just jelly of my passion for Fifflaren. I called him a Sw@yer. He hits me and sends me to go to sleep. I'm crying now, and my face hurts. I lay in bed and it's really cold. A warmth is moving towards me. I feel someone touching me. I feel someone touching me. It's Fifflaren. I am so happy. He whispers in my ear; "this is my pyjama". He grabs me with his powerful Swedish hands and puts me on my hands and knees. I'm ready. I spread my ass cheeks for Fifflaren. He penetrates my butt-hole. It hurts so much but I do it for Fifflaren. I can feel my butt tearing as my eyes start to water. I push against his force. I want to please Fifflaren. He roars a viking roar as he fills my butt with his love. My dad walks in. Fifflaren looks straight into his eyes and says; "He is a ninja now". Fifflaren is love, Fifflaren is life

We all had to start somewhere, and that's not a bad start really. 

 

That being said, if you want it to look like wood, go for a proper wood pattern.  Those are easy enough to find on a Google image search.  (example)

Some are even repeatable, meaning you can put several of them next to eachother and have a continuous look. 

 

Also, considering the rest of the gun I'd sugest applying some weathering or dirt.  Just find the right kind of picture (something similar to this example of a grunge pattern, put it in a different layer and let it blend in with the rest of the image using whatever Photoshop uses as a "darken" blend (sorry, I'm a Paintshop Pro user so I don't know the Photoshop terminology).

 

Don't let the negative comments get you down, just keep trying until you feel that it blends in nicely with the rest of the gun.

As for the updated image, are you planning on doing the same thing to the rest of it? If so, I would suggest not to go overboard with your pattern. It can make it look like too much. Just my 2 cents, of course. ^_^

Now I like it. Simple, clean, but at the same time interesting and eye catching. Much better.

When people say they don't fit into CS:GO, they almost sound stupid.  <_<

I mean, how does the Asiimov, Howl, Fire Serpent and Worm God fit into a game like CS?   :P
