@Mewtwo, what resolution are you going to be playing at, and what games are you going to be playing?

My monitor is currently 1024p or less and upgrading to 1080 p I'm playing gta v and payday 2

I would go for the R9 285 , seeing the price difference where you live .

 

Do  you have a favorite online seller ?

Here I would indeed go with @Mihemine's suggestion. Even though I really don't like AMD, their low budget cards are at the moment WAY better than Nvidia's (we can all agree that the 960 isn't too good)
