I don't see beast with the A10 in there, sorry. I love AMD to death, I really do, but I firmly believe that my G3258 OC'd would perform better if it weren't for the dual-core, no HT capabilities of it.

What's the point of an APU with a 970? And you actually build this or are you planning. I hope you are planning, because this is sad if you built it.

It's alright.

I guess I could record things.

Good Ghz. Planning on switching to an intel-ready motherboard tho.

GHZ doesn't matter. IPC is what matters. A 5ghz FX 9590, is killed by a 3ghz 5960X

The AMD is not for the GPU. It's just for the CPU.

We're well aware. An i5 would blow that out of the water. I'd recommend building with Intel to start off with, to save you money down the road. Had I known the performance difference when I upgraded to my 8350, I would have gone with an i5 or i7 build, hands down. The only thing I've noticed my 8350 handles better is virtualization, which is something I do heavily. And then, it still only performs marginally better.
