A good 650w is enough for a 760 sli. 

I don't see a point of getting a h80i when you're running the cpu at stock.

i maybe think about an OC but not now so this is why i am taking a water cooler and because it also is better than the air ones

Not necessarily. You could get a Noctua NH-D14 which is an air cooler that beats some AIO solutions.
