No they won't fit both but most heatsinks come with mounting ehmm... things for more sockets.

Whoever tells me what do you call those thinks will get a cookie :D

But, yes. Noctua is always real good in supporting sockets, even the older ones. It should come with the hardware required to mount it, if not, Noctua will send you the correct ones for free (or was it only the case when 2011 just came out?)

Acording to noctua wrbsite it supports 2011 you just have to use different mounting... things.

Mounting brackets. Give me cookie. Oh wait, nope, i got cookie ninja'd. Damn it.

U14S won't have brackets to 2011 by default. You can get the for free by contacting support with your receipt and asking for them. The mounting hardware for 1150 and 2011 is different.
