So I'm building and new budget gaming pc, and I was going for a micro atx motherboard. I am going to use a radeon r9 270x or an r7 260x and a pci express port for the wifi adapter (the really small pci express port). The problem is where I would put the gpu and the wifi adapter are right next to each other. So will they fit together?

No, it won't fit. Since both graphics cards are dual slot, they will cover the small PCI-E slot. Sorry :(. HOWEVER, you could get a PCI (not PCI-E) wifi card and use that
