It means you might need to update the BIOS.

 

  1. Download latest BIOS on manufacturer's website
  2. Put on USB
  3. Go to your BIOS
  4. Update utility
  5. Select USB
  6. Select new BIOS
  7. Flash
  8. Pray to Zeus you aren't struck by lightning

Well if the CPU doesn't work from the off on the motherboard, then you can't update the BIOS? Unless X79 has that no CPU BIOS update thingy bob :D
