Best Capture Card around $100?

i am thinking about the Elgato Game Capture HD, but it doesnt support 1080p60, so are there any that do support 60fps around $100?

I wouldn't count on it unless you're okay with 720p 60fps.

OR if you can find a used 1080p 60fps card, that might get you one.

Can I ask why you're interested in 1080p60? I don't believe twitch will allow you to stream at a bitrate that's acceptable for 1080p60. Unless you are trying to record some footage for youtube in 1080p60

Well, there's always someone who'll try...

 

Also, when I've watched 1080p 60fps (or maybe even higher FPS than that, it looked like) streams, the quality looked good enough to me.
