Windows won't load after Overclock!

So I tried using AI suite 3 to overclock my i5 4690K to 4.4Ghz using a H100i but the computer keeps booting into window recovery mode at which point I try restoring the system from a previous point in time but that doesn't seem to work. I also see this screen: (see picture)

The reason I used AI suite 3 in the first place was because I have little knowledge when it comes to overclocking so I decided to try this utility. How do I go about booting into windows again??

clear Cmos and try again.

Edit: and then stop using some software for overclocking and go into the bios.

Try clearing CMOS

Revert your OC, clear the CMOS - it's in the manual or remove the battery but I recommend using the manual -.

reset UEFI, SPAM del key on boot. once in the UEFI use F5 for optimized default.
