Where do i plug these in ?

OK so i got a Phantom 820 recently and it has fans connected to these cables, i've never seen them before and I cant seem to find anywhere to plug them in on my motherboard, where do they go or do i need some sort of other wires, atm i dont have them plugged in so the front and top fans + the fan controller are not working

should be fan headers on your mobo, plug them in there and everything should work. consult the manual to find the headers if you cant recognize them

 
Cant see these on there, all i i see is standard fan connectors

You plug fans into those cables for the fan controller.

It looks like a fan splitter, no? It may have a molex power source.

Might be, no idea thats why im askingg, how do u plug the fans into it when they need a 3pin connector ?

Non PWM fans use a three pin connector.

They don't. Doesn't the case have a hardware fan controller?
