How to get Mayflash Wii U/PC Gamecube controller adapter working on Dolphin?

Sorry if this is the wrong board, but I didn't see one that would be more fitting. I'm trying to set this thing up and for whatever reason it's just not working, I have it set to PC mode, the drivers are installed, and Dolphin recognizes the adapter but it won't register any inputs. Help?
