Is AF120 PWM?

I wanna buy a fan controller but they are saying pwm fan will not work. And have anyone do this? And if is pwm can i change it, buy some rpm reduction or I don't know?

Do you mean corsair AF 120? becasue they are 3 pin which is not pwm
