problem with user profile win 7

Hello,

 

i have a problem when i try to login.
when i enter my password there comes this error:

 

User profile service service failed to logon

User profile cannot be loaded

 

i tried to go in safe mode and make a new account but i cant open the manage other accounts windows

 

 

can someone please help me with this problem.

can you go into safe mode with command prompt, open up cmd and type 

net user administrator /active:yes

and see if it lets you login in?

Take your system back in time with Windows System Restore.

You can access it by booting from Windows 7 disk, and click on "repair" option.

Take a moment to start once you click on it.
