What type of virus would be doing this and how would i solve it

do a full scan with the kaspersky av tool

and malwarebytes

Looks like you may have dropped your IP address. Might need to renew your dhcp lease. If that does not work check your router and restart your router.

type ipconfig /renew

The problem is still there my friend said try uninstalling the drivers but i don't know which one to uninstall

1.BT 802.11ac USB Adapter

2. Microsoft Hyper V Network Switch Default Mini port (This has a yellow triangle next to it)

3. Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller

 

and if i uninstall them how will i re install them without internet

Did you check the cable plugged into the computer? 

 

Have you reset all the devices? IE unplugged and re-plugged power on modem. router?

 

anyone else having network issues at the home?

 

I see you have WIFI adapters do they give you internet?
