Sad countdown mechanics :(

So this is a website that excites me:

The countdown has been 0 for me for a few hours now...

Kept checking periodically for something to happen...

Then I noticed something: it's based on your computer's time.

This would have been fine, if it kept timezones in mind...

 

It doesn't!

 

Shame on Intel.

 

A proper way would be to either define a timezone to the script that runs the timer, or supply a "remaining minutes" attribute from the server side.

 

Don't mess this up people!
