Okay so I only have 2 CPU Fans headers yet I need to connect 2 fans and the pump so I used a fan splitter.

If I use a fan splitter my fans get stuck at 0RPM and my pump stays constantly maxed out no matter what I change the usage thingy to.

I have had to connect the pump to a system fan header but of course this is only a temp fix, anything you guys can think of to fix this.

I control it fine though command center and BIOS while connected to System Fan Header.

Also it shouldn't run at full speed either because it makes a crackling noise when it is at full speed :/

The pump on the H110 is not meant to be undervolted at all. Its meant to be ran at full speed all the times otherwise it may damage the pump. I had alot of issues trying to control the pump for the H110 when I had it. Ended up killing the pump by accident.

Crackling like how? Because if it sounds like plastic hitting something or electrical it should be RMA'd before pump failure.

I'll record it next time, for now I will leave it manually at 100%

I had an H110 and it did not do that. You should RMA it.
