Combining parts of a clonezilla ISO

I have used clonezilla to clone a disk and it has given me 8 different parts (sda1.aa , sda1.ab , sda1.ac etc...) and I now need to use them to get an actual iso or any kind of useable format. How do I combine them?

Ok... some additional information

 

Clonezilla is linux based. I have very little knowledge of linux so how would you combine 8 x 4GB parts of a file in linux?
