MSI Gaming 5 SLI Loop Question

sorry i guess i didnt clarify enough! i meant the connection between the two block not the actual sli bridge

You don't necessarily need to get a sli waterblock connector, you can just put a length of tubing between the fittings on the  gpu waterblock, like the picture:

ok so i have said motherboard with two 760's in sli and in the works i want to include them in my loop already. Now as for the question i feel this may be noobish but i have no idea what to do about linking the gpu blocks together. They are spaced wierd on the board so my question is I am unsure what sort of sli bridges i need or will i even be able to use one with the weird spacing between the cards. i have one card in top slot and second in the next down

Do you mean an sli bridge that connects the sli connectors together on the card or the connection between the two waterblocks on the cards?
