im a bit of a noob.

 

i am building my first pc. and im on a very small budget,

 

so i am wondering if i (without paying) can activate my copy of windows 8.1 pro 64bit build 9600?

Why would you even need 8.1 Pro? That's for virtual machines via HyperV, it doesn't effect playing games at all. Y
