So I can't see how to figure out this question. I understand that the bigger triangle is 2.5 times bigger than the smaller one, but where do I go from there? Thanks.

I would say use trigonometry but it's not a right angled triangle, or is it just drawn really inaccurately?

x/84 = 55/(55+22)

 

(y+65)/65 = (22+55)/55

x=60 and y=26 I think. I just used ratios, 77/55 = 1.4 

1.4 is the ratio so

 

65*1.4 = 65 +y 

 

y=26

 

84/1.4 = 60

55/22 = 2.5
