Mac: Program to do Picture in picture, or, transparent windows.

Hey All,

 

So, I am used to my windows desktop, with 4 monitors attached. I can have everything open all the time, and not have to do as much shuffling. 

 

But when Im working from my Macbook, I feel confined and restricted. One option, I thought would help, is if I could lock a window open in part of the screen, over the top of other windows. 

 

So, say i want a word doc open but on top of an excel doc, so I can see both. Or maybe I want to be listening/watching to a twitch stream while doing some monotonous task.

 

Any good apps that will do this?

I was in a similar position but instead of learning mac and finding some tools for it I bootcamped to windows :(
