I can't get the 24 pin in all the way this is the far there's I can get it in good enought? and also does it look like my cpu is in right?

This is the third thread you've posted about this... It should be fine. I doubt it will pop put as the latch is on correctly.

Yeah, it normally clicks in so it wont come out by accident, are you sure you have pushed it in far enough?

Motherboard power plug doesn't look like it's all the way in. There's a sizable gap between the connector on the board and the plug itself.
