MX-4 or NT-H1 instead of AS5

do you really need that overpriced ram and motherboard? is it just for aesthetics?

8.1 home premium, there is no reason to buy pro

dont buy a sound card, especially if its a creative sound card

buy better fans, like noctua (unless you want the look of the corsair fans)

dont buy razer peripherals

Looks good. I'd suggest saving yourself $100 though and checking out Reddit/r/softwareswap for a legitmate copy of windows for 1/10th the price of a retail copy.

Razer periph are perfectly fine. No need to fanboy THAT hard matey xD, Razer uses quite possibly one of the best mouse sensors on the market, and some of us out there actually like Razer green switches.

With that budget I dont see why you dont have 3 Titan X graphics cards
