Gold Badge Issue

So five months ago when the new office campaign started, I donated $50 towards a gold badge that I haven't received.

 

I'm not too worried about it taking a while but five months seems a little excessive and I just want to make sure I haven't been missed by accident. I have messaged a moderator and he assured me it was coming but this was about 4 months ago and I haven't heard anything since.

 

How do I get this sorted out?
