That plus your choice of peripherals and i know it does go over budget but even if you have to save for a little longer the 780 will be well worth it :P

Thank you for this. I do have a bunch of noob questions though.

Do motherboards have a built in wifi adapter, will these parts come with all wires that are needed, are the fans that come with the case good enough, does manufacturer of the graphics card matter much, are dell monitors good quality, when I build it how do I install the os(does it have a disk drive or do i need to install it using another computer), and do I need thermal paste for the cpu? Also, any idea why my first post got all messed up after a few edits?

Some motherboards have a built in wifi card. Ex: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gaz87nwifi

Motherboards often come with at least 2 sata cables and an sli/crossfire bridge.

Fans that come with the case are often adequate. Check reviews to see if there are any complaints.

Manufacturers of cards may matter if you're going to put a custom water cooling block on it since the board may actually have different power delivery. Other than that, just make sure the cooler on the card is good.

Dell makes excellent monitors.

You get a Windows installation disk. Just turn on the computer with the disk and follow the instructions. You then activate Windows with a windows key. You can also install it by using a usb drive with a Windows iso. When you buy windows, you're actually just paying for the activation code.

Thermal paste often comes pre appied onto the heatsink that comes with your cpu. An aftermarket heatsink may also have it pre applied or it may come in a tube.

The code messes up sometimes. A quick fix is to click edit and just save.
