I'm going to build a new rig for gaming only and i'm confused ! Buy an i5 4690K with a 128 SSD or an i7 4790K without ssd? 
i will only game and browse

I5 with the SSD!

 

You don't really need an I7 to be able to game.

I5-8600K - GTX 1080 - 16GB RAM - 1.5TB SSD

I want everything pink

i5 + SSD

 

i7 isn't needed for gaming.

I would be more tempted to go with the 4690k and clocking it to something like 4.5GHz. I think that would give you an advantage over the locked Xeon's hyperthreading more of the time.

i7 Upgrade with SSD later.

I personally got the 4690k and I wish I had bought the i7.
