I dropped my Iphone and now there are a bunch of vertical and horizontal lines running across the screen. I heard that I can just hit it hard on the back to fix it. Is this true?

Put it in the microwave. fixes everything

 

 

 

 

 

/s please don't do that. I think it's the digitizer. Maybe try to find a replacement? Or maybe the one you have just needs to get reseated. A hard hit (like you said) might help. It may do more damage than good though so be careful

Sounds like the screen or some internal cabling is damaged

Well... My home button on my old iPhone broke once, Didn't work for a month or so, I threw it on the ground in a rage, and it was 100% fixed again.
