Yup, the shop where I'm going to buy the parts has almost every GPU, CPU, PSU, ... ;)

How about this for the PSU? http://fr.pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-ss660xp (I own one platinum series psu, the 860W platinum, to be exact and they really are fantastic PSUs, otherwise, you could go for a Corsair, Seasonic or XFX PSU with 600+ watts just to be safe. (Also, make sure the PSU has at least 42 A on the 12V rail. Most of them do but make sure anyway.)

as people say, the thermal paste on the h100i is high quality. it's not worth the extra money.

Also, it's mostly likely the pre-applied thermal paste will seat better than what the OP might have ended up doing manually.
