My computer

So i'm a video editor and in my free time I enjoy gaming. My budget for the system is around $1000. I'm looking for a Intel processor and a GPU that is has great CUDA capabilities.

Programs I use:

- Premiere Pro

- After Effects

- Photoshop

- Audition

- Illustrator

- OBS

- Sony Vegas

Please keep in mind that i wish to play games on my three 1440p monitors and there is no need to include an operating system as I have a few windows licenses. The games I play are mainly FPS and MMO style games.

As for storage I need SSD(s) to speed my boot/render times, and I need a scratch disk for my Adobe projects and a mass storage drive for my steam library.

As for aesthetics a color scheme isn't really my thing but if anything I would like black and white. Also silence is key!

Thanks and I hope someone here can take on this task! :)

~  Love Kevin

Ummm, I'll do the best I can, but there's no way you can drive 3 1440p monitors at that pricepoint.

I have the monitors already :)

No, I mean with the graphics card, it doesn't have the sheer performance to do that. Nothing really does right now.

EDIT: Sorry I read that wrong, lol

No what he means is trying to build a PC powerful enough to run 3 monitors with gaming at decent framerates/settings will be VERY difficult with a 1k budget.

Unless you just use 1 for gaming. Then use all 3 when you are doing your editing, and productivity tasks.

Is it bad that my dream setup only costs a few thousand not counting the obutto?

I don't think AE has support for OpenCL as of now. but if it did I heard the r9 290X cards are great

yes it does

you just render in media encoder instead of in After effects itself

this is for Premier but same idea https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/system-requirements.html

Well then as long as it can drive 1 1440p monitor in games ill be happy

@thekeemo's looks good, won't destroy games at 1440p but with the right settings you should get 60fps.

Basically a copy of the one I was going to recommend, but mine had a 4790k and was closer to $1000
