Everyone will rag on you because of your CPU choice.

Is there a certain reason you chose AMD?

A 9590 will be outperformed by a 4690k in gaming applications.

You only need 8 gigs of ram for gaming.

9590 is an 8350 overclocked.

@BellaMoonshade

As above, the FX-9590 is a really bad choice. Is this just for gaming on ? Or are you planning to do other things such as Video editing/Rendering/Streaming etc ?

Also what Monitor are you using ? And what is the resolution ?

yeah AMD is great for budget builds and all but just go with an intel core i5 4690k (woops not a 4990k.) games wont benefit from 8 core cpu's at all they like fewer faster cores much better. so a quad core is more of a sweet spot for gaming :)

The i7 4790K is a far better choice.

Well the only two components you would need to switch is the CPU and Motherboard.

I'd suggest going with something like an i5 4690k or an i7 4790k. The main difference is that the i7 has better capabilities when it comes to things like streaming/editing/rendering. Pair the CPU with a Z97 motherboard and you will be set.

There build described above already outlines a pretty solid build that is within your budget.

as for a screen a 1080p  32 inch rca tv until I could get a proper high def Monitor. Because currently I'm running a hp envy j17 laptop although it has a i7 and a 840m I find its taking a hard halt to gaming I mean i payed 1,500 for it and honestly feel kinda cheated...

Alright thanks, Now say I just wanted to game and skype as well as tossing the streaming out the window what cpu would you say the i5 or i7? also the gpu's i'm on the fence for AMD or Nvida only reason i'd go for nvida is the game stream and game optimization.

wow... that is quite a different build now I do a ton of gaming and I'm kinda picky with graphic's quality and speed. As I'v said I'm a bit shy at what I see up till I test it, Will it perform to what I need like high frames pared with amazing graphics?

A single GTX 970 is enough for 1080p. When you go to a bigger resolution such as 1440p then you can add a 2nd GTX 970.

The i5 4690K and 8GB Ram if you are just gaming. You can also drop the cooler down to something like the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo.

@thekeemo, this build looks good but I'm not sure about the GPU choice, dual 970s/980s, waayyyy less heat output and better power consumption, and that way he doesn't have to spend money on a 1300watt PSU.

Also, 3-way will cause all sorts of issues

If you truly want to spend close to 2k, then as rude as this may sound; you could do much better, especially regarding the CPU(as others have stated)

I'll edit this in a min with a build option or two.

Motherboard: Asus MAXIMUS VII HERO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($209.99 @ Micro Center) <-----I assume you chose the AMD equivalent Mobo for a reason, so copy/paste

Reasonings: Best gaming-oriented CPU you can get, with the ability to do production work efficiently as well. Improved storage performance with seperate SSD and HDD, rather than a hybrid 5400 RPM drive. Reduce memory from 2400Mhz to 2133Mhz, to save a good deal of $$$ without sacrificing any noticeable performance. Mobo, Case, Accessories are mostly preference.
