Should I Sell My Consoles To Better My Life As a PCMasterRacer?

Hey guys. I am in desperate need of a new PC. My current rig sports an AMD Phenom ii X4 965, HD 7770 GHZ 1 GB, and 4 GB of RAM. I think it is high-time I build the machine I have been dreaming about (not really, dreaming about PCs would be kinda weird). Anyhoo, I was thinking of selling my PS4 and Wii U. Together, by selling the consoles themselves with all of the games and accessories I have for each, I can make about $1050. That money combined with the money I make at my job, could easily give me my computer and a lot of extra money for the Steam Summer Sale and game releases. What do you guys think? Should I sell or keep my consoles?

P.S. I'm 15 so I don't have to pay bills, rent, car payment, ect.

P.P.S. Because I know so many of you are going to mention/ask it;Yes I do have money saved for college and I already have a car.

What are you going to be using the system for? There's a lot that could be cut down to save money. (you could run four of those cards on that PSU)

Yes.Keep the Wii-U but throw up the PS4

Instead of a strix 980 get a Sapphire Radeon R9-290X 8GB for $490.Stupid bullcrap 980's are overpriced.

8GB of v-ram?290X?How can you pass up?

Uh no, i find PC boring sometimes and if i had sold my consoles i would have probably gone insane. Just save up for a new GPU and you'll be fine in the majority of games.

It's hard but I wouldn't sell the Wii U Because of the Exclusives they like Super Smash.

So I'd sell the PS4 only since you get most of the games for PC. And most of their exclusives get PC releases after a few years.

So sell the PS4 keep the Wii U and Buy a Mid Range PC

I would  personally keep the wii U. and the PS4... it depends on if there are any exclusives you're looking forward to. most likely to sell the PS4 though..GL

Yeah, I'll probably keep the Wii U and replace the i7 with an i5 and the 980 with a 970. I am also planning on live streaming, video editing, and running servers. Wouldn't I need the i7 and the 980 for that stuff? Plus I would like to stay Nvidia as they seem to be getting the better optimized games.

Eh, could get other r9 290(x's) for cheaper, 8gb isn't really needed.

Get a 970, if you feel you need moar performance get a second one later on. and a 240 GB SSD.

Sell everything for the consoles too.

Also, you can do just a 4690K if your only gaming.

Just remember: Random people on the internet ALWAYS know more than professionals, when someone's lying, AND can predict the future.

Ok Ok...

But how about a Radeon 295X2 for $45 more?

You cannot pass up on that. You know wether it be on the outside or deep inside that a 295X2 will destroy a 980 any day...

Why are some of you people so hellbent on pushing AMD onto people?

I often see green team people suggesting AMD cards to people if its the most logical solution for their budget/resolution but you red team people often so hard-line against recognizing the value/quality of any Nvidia cards. I personally wouldn't take any advice from someone that was so obviously narrow minded.
