It's definitely a bad temperature sensor. There's no way the temperature could be that low without affecting other hardware and yourself. Hardware cannot be below ambient temperatures without using some form of exotic cooling(liquid helium and liquid nitrogen).

Broken sensor. Don't worry about it. But be happy that you have more than one ;)

I got one on my Gene-mobo, and OCCT goes haywire everytime I make a fresh install, and won't let me bench until I disable monitor on that one.

NOOOO!!!! Guys it is no sensor (no sensor attached) at all thats why it says -128 degrees. Because it is the lowest value and the highest possible value would be 127. Has anybody of you guys programmed yet. There's a name for this type of number I cant remember but it is 2^8-1 values long with the first 128 shifted into negative values. Believe me there's absolutely no problem. Infact my speedfan says THE EXACT SAME for Temp2. It's fine. Don't worry (be happy).

I can send you the image or post it here if I manage to find out what kind of images are allowed to be uploaded.
