Your 2011 MacBook Air also has a weaker architecture.

 

Either way, I don't see why these complaints deserve threads, nor do I feel they're all that valid. Apple are already known to be an expensive brand, some say "overpriced."

Fair point.  9590 Runs 5.000000000000 GIGAHERTZ! And yeah, it's not that great lol.

 

Honestly 1.1 Ghz on a new architecture I'm sure is fine, but it's a smart move by Apple.

 

Macbook's (Non Pro) are really just for light usage.  They''re the Rolex of computers, for Starbucks sitting, latte drinking, Prius Driving Californians who want to be part of the Apple Cult.  They will pay $1300 for a 1Ghz notebook, it's not about the performance, it's the style.. the looks, the symbol it represents.

 

Good for apple.  That's my view.

 

Also, that comment was not entirely directed at you, I'm just too stupid to know how to quote multiple people lolol.

it's the button marked multiquote and clockspeed didnt stop anyone buying a 4690 over a 4670..
