I don't know how long it will last and it all depends on what the user is doing with it but OP the price you are paying for that ram and that case is ridiculous kind of.  You sure can lower the burden on your wallet by making other choices.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

Well, no one can tell the future so all we can do is look at the past and apply a similar growth curve to the future. every 5 years or so we've double our technological advancements, so I can assume that it should do pretty well for a solid 4 years or so w/o much of a question.

You might decide it's not enough for what you're doing in a year from now.

Your question is completely ambiguous, try being more specific, but not to mention we have no idea what will be released next in terns of hardware

Depends what settings you're comfortable with and what res you plan on playing...

 

It's all personal preference.  Personally it'd probably last a year or two at most.
