Which SSD to Choose?

Kherm
Go to solution Solved by Aniallation,

I am looking to buy a budget SSD for a PC of mine, and I am torn between these two. They are basically the same price, so I am just wondering which one will offer better performance.

Get the Silicon Power. The SanDisk is only the base model which uses actually uses TLC flash (NOT MLC like listed on the PCPP page, wrong picture as well). Now is not the best time to get a TLC SSD and the base model SanDisk SSD has never been known to perform that well. MLC Silicon Power all the way.

But seriously, pack lunch for another day or two and get this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/a-data-internal-hard-drive-asp900s3128gmc
