It's best not to accept friend requests from steam accounts that are level 0 and private. Most of the time they are bots.

Will tor block the virus from infecting. I really want to open it. xDD

The virus is just a .exe file that was renamed to .scr (screenshot) so it could be uploaded to image hosts and bypass most security checks. When you open it it's programmed to display an image of a knife and then infects you with a keylogger and some hijacking code that lets the "hacker" automate a trade offer with all of your items to an account of theirs.

Actually getting the bug off of your computer isn't easy and most people have to reformat. If you want to see it so badly you can always run a virtual machine/sandbox or so but it's just a waste of time. The 'hacks' are viewable on Youtube along with download links for the template so people can use them to hack others. Something about it being written in C# from what I recall. Malwarebytes investigated it but hasn't made a complete solution yet.

Opening suspect links-use some form of low end computer such as a netbook or mac, because you do not want to ruin a good computer.
