Is it a good time to buy the u28d590d? or should I wait for new ones to come out that has IPS instead of TN? I'm getting a deal for this monitor for only $350.

I'd personally wait if I were you. ;)

ON A 7 MONTH BREAK FROM THESE LTT FORUMS. WILL BE BACK ON NOVEMBER 5th.

CPU: AMD 5790t Motherboard: Gigabyte Forumlar XII RAM: Ah Whole set of it GPU: GTX 290x Ti Storage: Ah Ton of HDD PSU: Once it on Display(s): Well I still seeing pixels Cooling: It running COOL BRO Keyboard: *click* *click* Mouse: MORE *click* Sound: OHH DE BASEE

Depends on the rest of your hardware, plus what monitor are you running right now?

I have a gtx 980 atm, but I think it's enough to maintain 60 fps.

How is that 290x keeping up? Is it able to maintain 60 fps on AAA titles?

I have two so it should be able to, but speaking I don't play AAA titles I can't give you an answer lol
