How to delete data

That isnt possible, because his os is on there

WHy not? You boot Ubuntu from USB and format the HDD in the PC??

Or can you not load an OS from a USB drive?

put a windows instalation disk, and in the instalation process you can format drives. do it, then remove the os

Hello.

 

I am selling my PC and i want to delete all data on my HDD (OS is on HDD too and i cant reinstall it). How can i achieve this?

Formatting removes the OS.
