Best way to make a web gallery? (Way to host imgs and them show up on a site)

What tools should I use to add a gallery to my website? 

Its a site for a client so I need something that they can create an album or upload pictures and it add to my page...Is there any simple free way to do this?

Edit: I would like to load the Albums/imgs using HTML.  Also sorry should have posted this in coding.

I need a way that when uploaded it then adds the new img to my site...Without me having to add another html tag every time they want a new picture

No....Um like a way to host imgs on a 3rd party site and them show up on my site without me having to add them...
