Bang for your buck

I need somthing at the lower end of the price bracket, decently large, with decent refresh rates, and a widely used aspect ratio, my current monitor is a 32" TV... and almost every single game either has the bottom and top cut off, or uses very little of the screen.

Thanks!

What is your budget? The price bracket can go from 50 used to 100,000... what do you have to spend?
