(damned stagnant PH prices, still better than an A8-5600k for 14k PhP at one shop)

 

Have you tried applying for PayPal? BDO and Landbank are accepted afaik...

 

also try speaking with JonnyAir (SM Megamall) or LBC on shipping/forwarding...

I got EON account at UnionBank. They don't have Paypal fees and offer no remaining balance.

 

Exactly, I got JohnnyAir as my shipping courier from US to PHL for $15 ship.
