I installed a video program, and now my Pc gets a bunch of ads and so on, when im in chrome and when i boot it up. What can i do ?

 

Will i lose windows if i hard reset, like get it back to factory settings.

 

Please help, i just got my PC.

you need to run malware programs, the adware was included with that program u installed.

Have you looked in the programs via control panel and checked chrome extenions?

If you hard reset you won't loose windows. In the future check exactly what you're installing.
