I installed a video program, and now my Pc gets a bunch of ads and so on, when im in chrome and when i boot it up. What can i do ?

 

Will i lose windows if i hard reset, like get it back to factory settings.

 

Please help, i just got my PC.

this is not worthy of IMPORTANT...

Have you looked in the programs via control panel and checked chrome extenions?

go to controll panel and uninstall the program.

 

 

You just pressed next without reading. Do some antivirus scans and it should clean up.

 

 

you need to run maleware programs, the adware was included with that program u installed.

 

 and what @IP man says.
