Where Can I get one of these ? Can anyone on here build one.

It looks like it was custom made....

I highly doubt someone is making a whole bunch of them and selling them, maybe a one off, so if you want it, you'd probably have to deal with the shipping, or find someone who can get it shipped to their PO Box, and then would ship it to you. 

The later being not such a great idea.

Guess I'll just have to buy some acyrilic and make one myself. Least I got the design.
