If by that you mean your total internet speed, then the answer is no.
Your ISP's downstream is allways limiting you to the speed that you bought e.g. 32 MBit/s downstream. Modern Ethernet connections lhave 1 GBit/s so, no bottlenecks there.
if you want faster internet, buy a faster plan from your ISP or move in a house that has broadband access.
