If by that you mean your total internet speed, then the answer is no.

 

Your ISP's downstream is allways limiting you to the speed that you bought e.g. 32 MBit/s downstream. Modern Ethernet connections lhave 1 GBit/s so, no bottlenecks there.

 

if you want faster internet, buy a faster plan from your ISP or move in a house that has broadband access. :P

Is it possible to use 2 wi-fi chips and Ethernet (or something like that) and combined the speeds from each?

You mean all PCs are getting the full download speed at the same time?  That's odd. But still there's nothing you can do to increase the speed of a single PC.

I mean just boost my computers speed, not the whole network.
