everytime i shutdown my pc properly, i keep seeing explorer.exe error message even though i did clean install windows 10 pro 22h2 2 times (downloaded iso from microsoft), how do i stop popping up everytime i shutdown my pc properly?

windows 10 pro 22h2 with all latest windows updates installed and all latest drivers installed

1 tb nvme ssd

32 gb ram

i7 10700 cpu

AMD Radeon RX 640 graphics card (not 6400)

Dell optiplex 5080 mini tower

Fast startup disabled

And the message in question is? (should hopefully be visible in Event Viewer)

Without knowing what the error is, it's not possible to fix it

 

Last time I had an issue that disappeared too quickly to read I used my smartphone to film it. This way you can skip through the video and pause it at the appropriate moment.

ok i got my phone back from my girlfriend, i'm going to use my phone to record my screen just in case if there's a explorer.exe message, if i see explorer.exe message, i'm going to post back
