So, I've got an i5-4690k with a Hyper 212 Evo cooler at the moment. I'm planning on upgrading to a Corsair H100i within the next year or so. If I get the H100i what frequency will I be able to get on my 4690k (A stable one, not too high such as 3.8ghz)

The h100i is unneeded, I have a hyper 212 on "quiet mode" in my bios(700ish rpm) and I got mine to 4.7. The highest I've seen my temps was on intel burn test and it was 87. My average temp while gaming is more like 70c. Don't buy it, its louder, and a waste of money imo, put that money into a gpu or something. Not to mention you can go much higher than 3.8 and have it be stable, it's all about how much voltage you apply. Stick with the 212 and save the cash.

If you want OC results have a look at ProKoNs thread. Plenty of salvageable results. 4670K and 4690K are near the same.

Our Father Birb has taught us with His humble heart and gentle wing the way of the bob. Let us show Him our reverence and follow in His example.
