I have an R9 280x and I need some help finding a good motherboard and processor that wont bottleneck the card whatsoever for under $200. I have no preference for AMD or Intel. The only thing that matters to me is if will work. Thanks in advance.

The i5 4460 is the newer version of the i5 4440. And B85 boards usually have a bit more stuff going on about then than H81.
