PC wont turn on

Hi, i just upgraded my pc a bit. New ram and a watercooler. But now it will not boot. I turn the pc on and the fans turn on, but nothing else. Today i got a new PSU because the previous one was faulty. Specs: i5 4670k, 8Gb G.Skill ripjawsX 1600mhz, Corsair CX600M, 120gb kingston ssd, wd black 2tb drive, Z97-K mobo, Gtx 760 twin frozr, Kühler h2o 650. I know how to build a PC but im clueless now. (Sorry for bad formatting but i have to use my phone). So this is my dads PC, i had this problem on my own PC but it fixed itself somehow. I jus have no idea what to do atm.

Alright, have you tried reseating components like the GPU and RAM?

I have checked that every cable is connected atleast 5 times. I checked the PSU with a multimeter and the voltages are correct. I reseated the cpu, gpu, and ram. Still no luck. Only fans spin up.

Any beeps from speaker?

There is no speaker. Or any leds on the mobo

And i only plugged in the power cord and hdmi to the gpu.

Did you plug into your 760 and not the iGPU built into the motherboard?

It is very hard to analyze problems without speaker sometimes.

Probably some of the components are dead or mobo was bended/twisted. Try to replace some of ram sticks.

Try booting with only one stick of RAM.

Makes me thinking of mobo's problem, but can't be 100% sure.

So now the watercoolers fan makes a shitload of noise. It sounds like a cable is hitting the fan but its not. It may be getting too much power or something.

You may have another faulty PSU.

So i went and bought another motherboard. Everything runs fine now. And the watercooler has some air bubbles but i think i can fix it.
